Deliver My Prescription
What we offer
We offer a delivery service for those patients who are unable to collect their prescription. Please contact our pharmacy to request prescription delivery. We charge a flat £2 charge per delivery. Our team is always available to assist you with your healthcare needs. Simply call, email or walk-in, to request this service.
We have a delivery schedule to certain harder-to-reach areas. If you live in Newport, Dinas , Eglwyswrw, Brynberian or Gwaun Valley we can deliver to you every day Monday to Friday, but elsewhere usually only on one designated day each week - please see the table below.
We are proud that we are able to dispense and routinely deliver your prescriptions to you and your family - many of you on the same day - for only £2.
Please note, the cut-off time for same day delivery (see table below) is 11:00 a.m. If you call us after this time we cannot guarantee you will receive delivery until the next available time.*
We can accept cash as payment for £2 delivery fee. If you wish to pay by card please call the pharmacy and arrange payment by card over the phone.
Should we owe you any prescription item (because of lack of stock) we are happy to deliver any "owings” to you free of charge.
Should your specified delivery day fall on a bank holiday, we will endeavour to deliver to you the day before.
